logistics functions, including personnel transfer, offshore support, towing, bulk
transport, and marine logistics services that are non-discretionary to upstream production.
SSM & Logistics Limited is promoted by R28 Energy Limited, an execution-driven African E&P operator with a demonstrated focus on capital discipline, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. R28’s sponsorship provides strong sector expertise, access to
upstream counterparties, and alignment with Nigeria’s local content and energy-transition objectives.
The Company’s revenue strategy is anchored on medium- to long-term charter contracts with IOCs and Tier-1 indigenous operators, with revenues structured to be USD- denominated or USD-linked, supporting hard currency debt service. Equity funding from shareholders will be injected upfront to underpin conservative leverage and first-loss protection for lenders.
